ou also have the right to change the product within 10 working days of purchase with any other jewellery of your choice of equivalent value to the first or higher. In the above case of return and change of products, wedding rings, rings and any jewellerycustomised exclusively to your needs, are excluded.

Returned jewellery should be in its original packaging in the condition it was delivered to you, without being worn. They should also be well packed so as not to be damaged during transport and always for your best service. Jewellery that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions of product return will not be accepted. In any case, you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the replaced product.

Regarding branded products, such as watches, etc., the respective dealerships are responsible for any damage.

In case of return of a product and its non-replacement with another, the company will deposit the amount of your order in your bank account within 5 working days from the day of its purchase, simply indicating the IBAN (GR 5901102380000023840057832) of your account. From the amount that will be returned into your account, the shipping and return costs of your order will be deducted.
