SHIPPING COSTS

The purchase process is completed with the confirmation of the order by the customer and the repayment of the final cost of the product including:

The shipping costs:

1. are calculated based on the weight of the products purchased.

2. apply to all payment methods (i.e. Bank Transfer, Pay by Card, Cash on Delivery).

For  orders within Greece, shipping costs are FREE OF CHARGE.

4. Orders are not sent on Saturdays and Sundays, but can be possible upon request. In this case there is an additional charge for which we inform you accordingly.

More particularly,

1. Domestic Services via ACS courier

– Shipments within Greece are FREE OF CHARGE.

During the order preparation stage, and according to geographical and other data, we decide which Courier Company will deliver your order.

2. Shipp ing to Cyprus viaACSCourier

– The shipping cost is at €12,00 (incl. VAT).

Delivery time 7-10 working days.

3. Shipping to Germany via  ACS courier

– The shipping cost is at €12,00 (incl. VAT).

4. Cash on delivery costs:

All cash on delivery shipments to the address where the customer chooses to have the products delivered, are undertaken by ACS courier, with an additional charge in the total amount of +2,00€.

5. Shippings without Cash on Delivery costs:

In case the customer chooses as a payment method the Bank Transfer or Payment by card, they will be able to complete the purchase process only if they intend to pay for the products directly to the banks that cooperate with the online store www.kosmima.shop and which they can find on the Payment Methods page.

6. Pick and Collect from our store:

Placing an order in our online store is easy and safe.
If you have decided which products you want, you can get them directly from our store, at no extra charge.

Upon completion of the order, you will receive a confirmation email so as to collect your package from our store.
